825 alloy is a kind of general corrosion resistant alloy. It has good acid and alkali corrosion resistance capability both in the oxidation and reduction environment. High nickel content makes it capable to effective resistance to stress corrosion cracking.

Incoloy 825 process performance and requirements: 
Hot working

suitable hot working temperature is 1150-900 , cooling water quench or rapid air cooling;

In terms of hot working, the workpiece can be directly sent to the stove with temperature up to the hot process with soaking time of 60 minutes for each100 mmthickness. Immediately hot working within the prescribed temperature range for processing only if soaking time complys with to requirement. It should be heated again if the temperature of the metal falls under the requried processing temperature;

Annealing should be timely applied after hot working in order to assure the best corrosion resistance suitable crystal structure. 
Cold working

cold work should be performed after solution treatment, the rate of work hardening is similar to austenitic stainless steel.

in the middle of the cold processing capacity is larger due annealing process.When the final cold deformation is more than 15% need to ultimately stabilizing treatment.

 

Incoloy 825 welding process

There should be a nickel base alloy and nickel chrome steel special tools;

Suitable for any traditional welding process with the same material or other metal welding, the pulse arc welding is the preferred scheme;

Welding should be carried out in annealing state, and make the stainless steel wire brush to clean the stains, dust, and mark; 
4
The welding heat affected zone of color should be in the weld area not cooling with stainless steel brush away; 
5
All don't need to heat treatment before and after welding.
